Main Street Meat smokes hams over hickory for 12-14 hours. You will definitely taste the difference versus a commercial ham. Our small batches enable us to focus on making excellent products! We offer them as whole or half, with options of slicing and glazing. Sliced and/or glazed boneless hams come in a foil pan ready for oven warming. Whole hams serve approximately 25-30 people and are 11-12 lbs Please remember, hams are fully cooked and may be eaten cold as well as hot, over-heating will dry out your ham.
