Main Street Meat smokes hams over hickory for 12-14 hours. You will definitely taste the difference versus a commercial ham. Our small batches enable us to focus on making excellent products! We offer them as whole or half, with options of spiral-slicing and glazing. All glazed, bone-in hams come in a foil pan ready for oven warming. All other types are vacuum sealed for freshness. Whole hams yield approximately 25-30 servings and weigh 15-17 lbs . Please remember, hams are fully cooked and may be eaten cold as well as hot, over-heating will dry out your ham.
