Strip loin makes customer's happy with steaks(New York Strips) throughout the whole grilling season. It makes an equally good choice as a roast for your holiday dinner! Roasts can be cut to sizes from 3 to 14 lbs. approximately. Estimate 3/4 lb per adult serving. Our experienced butchers can usually get within 1 lb of your desired size. And don't think twice about having us season it with our famous seasoning! Don't worry about cooking, we can do it for you. But don't be hesitant to cook this yourself, we give you excellent instructions and it will be awesome! Product is sold by the LB, you will be charged for the exact weight once your order is processed and sale is finalized.
